Not a very impressive map after all but that's not DHA's fault as there was not much they could do about it. Every sector except 1 or 2 has some negative feature in it (Graveyard, Village, Drain, Boundary Walls, Unplanned areas). The more you look at Phase 9 Map, the more you admire Phase 6 Town Planning (Little or no villages, grave yards and hardly any boundaries). It's universally accepted that Square grids for sectors is ideal for optimal town planning (Almost all sectors in Phase 5, 6 & 7 have square sectors and to some extent phase 8 also). The lower half of Phase 4 is a mess for visitors because of lack of square grids) It's just the way Phase 9 is criss-crossed by villages, private farms, Drain, Private societies, Ring Road that DHA was handicapped. It's not bad but no comparison to Phase 5,6 7 and 8 as far as town planning is concerned).
And what kind of golf course you can make on 357 Kanals (45 Acres)??? DHA RAYA golf course alone is 212 Acres (1700 Kanals) almost. Royal Palm is 144 Acres & Gymkhana is also near 200 Acres.
