after ballot one thing is clear that none of sector of dha have better location than 9 TOWN . Nd posession is also coming . I think its better to invest in this now . . Whts ur thinking ?

How about Phase B upper part right behind Askari. I think it is best approach to phase 5 and 6

Prism R block is as good as any undeveloped DHA town plots. R will be hot choice in future. Other side of Ring road 5 Marla not good

Yes . 9 town is short investmnt nd it will gain atleast 10 lacs in next few months . I guess

CMY ..agree with you juts wait for may be Mini Ballot or may be in real there will be fast track development as promised...so just lets wait and see..and look govt has all his plans to cover up all the Nallah in Lahore.as they did in LOS.and DHA will surely think over it for covering the Rohi Nallah...and keep remeber on the Nallah..there is an alignment for Lahore Sialkot Motorway...and there is an interchange near the R Block......and i think DHA will start is Development from this Bloack as this block is very near to already Developed area...
so just we have to wait..
