Why there is such a big unplanned area in B block? It is very much cut off from main DHA but linked with DHA Phase 5 Extension and Askari XI. Why DHA left this area unplanned? Anyone has any idea?

I am unable to find the number of AM/9X/5013 dated 29 July 2011 in the ballot results as file numbers are starting from 9/OL/.... A few days back, CMY sb had declared it ballot ready...Kindly tell me the plot no against this no in case it has been balloted....thanks and regards...
