Hi,
I bought few kanals land in Lahore for a NGO school. Its a private land, not a society. When I submitted the map for approval, it is not accepted by LDA. What is the good option as my NGO can't afford 20% fees to make it commercial. I understand school building is semi commercial then the rate must be different. They said that you approve the map as a house and then after construction, get it approve by LDA.

Only one institute is offering MSc in Occupational Health & Safety (Pakistan Quality institute with Superior University). But the degree does not have international accreditation / acceptance.
The famous international certificates in Safety are:

Boss the time is not right to shift, dont leave your job for this adventure. This is advice from a brother. Better look for a job in uae, you will find better life style over here. There is lot of requirement for safety guys. However if you have some other problem due to which you want to shift then better not to sink your hard earned money in business,
put your money in islamic finance and work for descon in lahore or omv in islamabad.

Whatever adventure you put yourself in, just keep 1 thing in mind every business is 50 - 50 even with all your energy put into it.

The safest business is to invest in real estate on some real experienced professional's advise at a sound place.

And don't forget to get out before a long period of silence comes into play.

In my opinion, there is still room to make some money.

Whatever you do, make your own decision, do keep in mind, most of the businesses fail so.... stay safe make your move very carefully.

And yes don't ever put all your eggs at 1 place.
