Hi,
I bought few kanals land in Lahore for a NGO school. Its a private land, not a society. When I submitted the map for approval, it is not accepted by LDA. What is the good option as my NGO can't afford 20% fees to make it commercial. I understand school building is semi commercial then the rate must be different. They said that you approve the map as a house and then after construction, get it approve by LDA.
