Please let me know if there are commercial plots available for Phase 9 2-4 Marlas , I have heard they are out in the market and you can buy them if yes please let me know the price and is it advisable to buy them?Also when is the balloting expected for PHASE9?

Secondly please estimate the price for Bahria Town Overseas B commercial no 43 (3 Marla) and Overseas A 110 2 Marla.

Its always the techniek of dha to get money to cover the costs of previous phase development and secondly keep people and investors busy.

But the phase 9 is good buy if we see the prices in ph.6, ph.7 and ph.8 of one kanal. For those who have just 50lac and want to be owner of a plot in dha then they should buy right now.

still prices are extremely low as they should be. best place to invest now and gain max return.
development is in progress. main 150 ft, 100 ft, 80 ft roads have been completed.
it is a genuine brand name and cooperative society.
NFC 1 has very gud standards and very high prices touching 1 crore now.
