Its always the techniek of dha to get money to cover the costs of previous phase development and secondly keep people and investors busy.
But the phase 9 is good buy if we see the prices in ph.6, ph.7 and ph.8 of one kanal. For those who have just 50lac and want to be owner of a plot in dha then they should buy right now.
