CBD CEO inspects on-site strategic development initiatives
CEO of the Central Business District (CBD), Imran Amin, conducted an unannounced inspection on Sunday to evaluate the progress of ongoing development projects, in accordance with directives from Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi, as reported by a news source on November 13.
During the surprise visit, CBD CEO Imran Amin examined critical sites, including the Ghora Chowk Flyover, Lahore Prime CBD Punjab Quaid District, CBD Punjab Phase 2 and 3, and Walton Road. Accompanying him were key personnel, including Executive Technical Director Riaz Hussain, Project Management Director Asif Iqbal, Construction Director Asif Babar, Architecture Director Sameer Aftab, along with officials from NESPAK and NLC.
Riaz Hussain, the Technical Executive Director, provided an extensive overview of the ongoing projects. Key updates included the completion of shuttering for the Ghora Chowk Flyover, the concrete completion of the bottom slab, and the ongoing installation of geo grid for the MSE wall. Additionally, the sub-base for slip roads has been finalized, with these roads expected to be operational in the coming days.
