In last week CDA and contractor staff have completed road marking in
I-11/2.U can visit and see machinery is deployed on site ,temporary site office is established by contractor and construction permanent site office will hopefully start today. Within few days u will see construction machinery in action.

We are very hopefull that INSHA ALLAH Development work will start as planned by CDA this is a realy good news for long time awaiting allottees of the CDA Sector i-11. Your budget is quite low for Islamabad real estate. Slow moving market makes it even worst.

Option 1:

If you know a trustable investor try to consolidate and invest along-with his money.

Option 2:

Buy possession clear 5 marla, corner, best location plot in safari valley rafi or ali block, bahria town phase-8. (don't forget to read Bahria by-laws and rules before you invest a penny of your money in it)

Option 3:

B-17 C block level plot with possession

Option 4:

PAF Tarnol semi developed location although that is out of Islamabad zone II

Shahbaz Sahib, It depends where your plot located in Y block. If you tell me the plot number then I will be in good position to tell you about you question. Generally Y block Facing Z-1 considered good locations .As we move towards Haidiara Drain in y block not recommendable for house construction.

G-15 already have apartments built and sold. They just started new ones about a month ago. Don't know the name.

Jammu & Kashmir society is building them through a contractor. I am expecting sub-standard work just like previous apartment buildings.

This is not something i would recommend whether you want to invest OR live in them.

we r having master tiles in our house ,,,after every cleaning they r just like new,u can even see ur face in it...
other brands like sonic emko etc etc r just for 2-4 yrz after it their colour will fade out....
master retains its shine, colour n glamour for about 13-15 yrz.
go for MASTER but remmber hire a professional person to fit them other can ruin the beauty

since you live in KSA you must have noticed all shopping malls are filled with ceramic and porcelain tiles. There are number off brand and qualities available and so is the case in Pakistan.

Infect this is an era of ceramic flooring and people use rugs but the wall to wall carpeting is completely out. You can find very easily find local as well as imported tiles in Pakistan and the rate varies from Rs. 800 to 2000/m2 .

Wide range of color scheme and pattern are also available and it is not difficult to find some thing of your taste. But the most important is workmanship and you need to hire good team to lay your flooring.

I would like to suggest use lighter colour and minimum design pattern it will help to give brighter completion and fair reception.

I would recommend you to visit Butt Sons on Main Ferozpur Road, Lahore. You will find a variety of tiles there. They are promoting local as well as imported tiles and sanitary-wear. They can also provide you professional workers for the installation.

Well ceramic or marble.
It is a matter of taste and both equally resolve object of flooring Marble gives homier look where as porcelain / ceramic give commercial impression. Marble needs more maintenance where as ceramic just require wet mob and nothing else.

Marble get stained tear off and may require major maintenance i.e. grinding and re-polishing after few years therefore use thick marble to accommodate future maintenance

I will suggest marble on Ist floor and ceramic for ground. Use only ceramic in kitchen and baths and no marble at all except work top of kitchen.

Always keep few tiles/marble psc.in spare for future replacement if gets damaged.

Cost wise there is not much difference. it will cost between Rs.800 to 2000/ m2 Both ceramic and marble are avilble in cheap and expencive farm and you have to seclect within your budget. use average size tile i.e minimum 30x30 and maximum 60x60cm where as 40 or 50cm square tiles are ideal.

This transformer and 11 KV main lines were installed about 1 year ago. In my post i am saying about distribution boxes suppose to be installed 1 box for 2 houses after laying of under ground electric cables.

Phase 7 prices are falling in spite of the fact that development work in most blocks is near completion and possession is likely in next 1-2 years.

To have IK in 25 Lack and then in DHA Lahore will be a dream very soon. Hurry up if you have not purchased it yet.
