Does this amount including or excluding development charges ?
2ndly the development charges will be paid in instalment or lump sum at the time of transfer ? please confirm THX

Price is with development charges included. You will pay just 45 lacs now and pay development charges in installments.
This is one of the best deal we have in DHA 8 on cash payment plot. Any freind that have cash available will insha Allah make min 5 to 10 lacs during next 6 to 12 months on this plot.

Salam CMY,
with all due respect, in my opinion the
prices above mentioned are superficial. I might not know much about property but as far as i know its not developed. With the rate DHA do construction work the ground proof is phase 7(not even half of it is developed).
i think when LRR will be completed there wont b a big deal if some one has a plot in 8 or 6.
please dont get offended. It my personal views and i wish whatever my analysis about property in phase 8 is wrong.

Imran bhai for me each plot in every phase is equally important because I have buyers seller in all plots in all blocks in every phase of DHA Lahore. Market is what determine the price of each plot.It could be higher or lower based on how many people are wiling to buy or sell them at those prices.
Thousands people bought plots in DHA 8 at the " superficial " prices. They don't agree with your point that prices are " superficial " . No sellers at " this time " under these "superficial prices"
Please note DHA phase was "not developed at time people bought at the " superficial prices ".
Why DHA 8 is priced more than DHA 7. Because of its
location. Why location cost more?
R block and T block of DHA 7 have same development work and only 1/2 KM apart but their price has 10 to 13 lacs difference. Why because in real estate location is what determine price.
Imran bhai I am not offended at all. Every one have right to post their views. Yes I agree to you DHA 8 is in front of DHA 6 and DHA 7. If some one can drive to DHA 8 he can drive half minute more to reach DHA 7.
In DHA 6 a bad location one kanal plot could be had for 40 lacs but you cant find a good 10 marla plot in 40 lacs in DHA 6 because its location is far better than DHA6 bad location plots.

It is these overseas Pakistanis and their greed which drives property prices artificially high and hence remained unaffordable for people living in Pakistan. Today you are crying because you suffered a loss on the purchase that you made in 2005 & 2006.
Now when the prices are becoming affordable for a common man living in Pakistan you guys are still crying. I mean i feel ashamed when i look at you all holding 5 - 10 plots; for what purposes. Your speculative activity has played havoc with the property market

i feel it should come down more and i dint hold the file or plot which are 10 or 20.
i want to make a house there which i thought i could make it in 2010 which seems highly unlikely.
i am not crying over a loss all i am saying is what is happening out there in pakistan. Greed is something when i would be saying price should go up.
The sum of money that came during the boom went all in soil with so called property.
What i believe is in long run this residential plots are not a worth for our country.
Industries and commercialisation is the key to success.

Please note above statment for profit of 5 to 10 lacs was ONLY for "W 371 @ 55 lacs on cash for 1 kanal facing park corner" plot.

Kindly let me know the transfer fee for IK plot in DHA 8.Is transfer Fee is same for installement and cash payment IK plots?
For W371 cash payment plot, as it is corner plot so shall the buyer pay the corner plot extra charges to DHA? For installment 1K corner plot,kindly also clarify the additiinal payments details in case someone buy corner on installment.
