Dear Viewrs,
I have seen the news item. I do not think that the new contained any substantial indication that could relate groundbreaking of the airport. While all the news items are very correct but no one can judge that the ceremony is anywhere close. I think it is simply a hoax although I wish that earth breaking ceremony should be held immediately as I want to dispose off a couple of plots to clear some debts. Let us hope for the best but I think it is going to be held in October/November time frame after all the design work by Lois Berger is approved by CAA. Lios Berger is still at the primitive stage of design phase. For sure they would take six months to put it for approval by CAA.

I have about 20 lack rupess and i need to spend it where and how i dont know ! i have 3 childrens i need to buy somthing for them rit now so after 15 years it will porvide them good income.

Do not listen to strangers on this website especially ones who adivise in investing in the failing Bahria Town project. This sham of a bubble is going to burst soon and take all these petty investors with them while the property dealers would have made their commissions at your expense and left the scene. Think wisely and if i were you, i'd put the money in a bank for now, as neither the real estate nor the stock market is a market for investment at this stage. The real estate market is still sliding and the Stock market is not one for entry at this stage.

Usman Saab,if you are really interested to invest somewhere then go for some commercial property in islamabad,lahore or karachi.like buy a flat,shop or commercial land.
In case of flat or shop u can start earning from that investment from the day 1 and after 15 years i m sure u ll get x3.

Please appreciate that it is the holy month of Muharram and historically there is very less trade of anything in this month. Let the Ashura pass and the things will take a significant turn. Property dealers need not to be worried.
