Hello everyone.

I want to buy files of Dha multan. On website of Dha multan, they have a list of registered agents and LRE is not on it. Dha multan has also issued a notice stating that deals would only be safe with their registered agents. I wanted to buy from LRE. Can anyone who has bought from them please shed some light on this?

My personal experience with LRE has been very good. But the notice just concerns me somewhat. Need guidance please. Thanks

DHA Multan is not a separate organization, it falls under DHA Lahore because it is one the chapters of DHA Lahore, till todate. LRE is already registered with DHA Lahore, therefore very much authorized to deal with clients for DHA Multan, too. If you are based at Lahore and looking for a transparent, well coordinated and a very professional handling of your deal, LRE is the right choice to trust. However, if you are based at Multan, you can pick any dealer registered with DHA Multan. Rest up to you.

I bought through a real estate office based in Lahore and found out that I could have saved 40-45K if i had picked a local multani dealer.

If you want to buy files in bulk, better get a registered dealer on DHA Multan website.

Lahore dealers are still dependent on Multan dealers for transfers. The dealer from Lahore just drove me to Multan, rest everything was done by Multani dealer. They are authorized dealers and only they can facilitate the transfers.

Allocation file should not be more than 31.50 & Affidavit around 32.10 if you buy from Multan.
