There is a big game of dealers nowadays. I had plot my plot in 9 Town. I requested a dealer "Property World" to sale. He told me that one buyer offered 53 lac. No more offer than that in the market. I accepted. Token and Biyana given to me. At transfer day, i was shocked that one old man is getting transferred from at 54.60 lac. So the difference amount 1.60 lac plus 53 thousand commission goes to dealer. He earned 2.13 lac in 2 days against my investment.
DHA should take notice of such registered dealers. They are playing with people and DHA.

this is a normal practice. you should not take it on heart. if yu got the price yu agreed upon then its ok. try and deal with LRE. they are good in this regard. i have personal experience with them. but if the plot is not direct then even LRE cant do anything about the other dealer. yu just concentrate on getting a fair price and dont think too much how much other people made out of yur deal if yu want to survive in this business |

Not all deals are identical
There might be deals which will be lower than ur deal |

This is usual practice and and 90% deals are dealt like this. The Only thing margin should have been less like 50 to 60K etc. My favorite dealer is also keeping about 50K Margin hiding from me. |

Unfortunately, very common..
I learned that one should be happy if he gets the price he has agreed to sell, once u have made up your mind.
Most of the dealers keep sell slightly above the price, which they have informed u |

I understand but this can be controlled, if any DHA counter took control of handing/taking over payment. This can be managed if general practice. As DHA has big volume of transactions, imagine what these dealer groups doing. |

I think rather than calling it Tooka it should be called DHOKA and FARAIB. I beleive the dealers have the legitmate right to get their commision and only commission rest evey thing is corruption and dacoity. Dealers involved in this practice should be ashamed of this shameful and corrupt act. |
