I have one kanal plot in c block near 178 in good location . Getting offer 190 lac. Should i hold it or quit . Kindly guide property experts.

Don't know positive or negative, but PV prices will most likely be affected by the possession in Phase-8 proper.. |

It is a good place for house construction, but for investment or better gain, you need to reinvest the amount in 2-3 smaller plots. |

If it's ur investment plot; then sell ParkView and make immediate deal in Phase 8 Proper
This will return more gain than ParkView.
But if u have plan to build house; retain it. Phase 8 Ready for living status will take another 4-5 years |
