surely, Bahria Orchard for short term investment .Invest in C, D and E block and gain 10 to 15 lac within 6 months as market indications are vivid .As Bahria orchard is on the fast track now a days.Shifting of Bahria head office here,possession within 6 months,widening of Raiwind road and LRR are clear indications for prices appreciation in near future.

What are the prospects of icon valley next toborchard. These are apartments and villas. I have seen them and they are pretty decent quality wise. Also location iabonbmain Raiwind road and they will enjoy all benefits that Orchard will enjoy minus mLik riaz factor.

The current market trend in Bahria Orchard is going very well and people who had invested there have earned and still earning handsome profits and in the light of current trend we can expect more rise in prices. After the completion of raiwind road work the value of plots will increase more.
