Awais, it is best time to SELL 9-extension if you have got any..... this is how property works...sincerely advice you to sell it as future is awful for 9-ext and file will be thrashed to 35 ....
people bought phase 9 in 2006 at 50 n then .....people bought bahawalpur at 30-32 two years ago n now....people bought dha gujranwala at 34 two years ago n now?
Just get prepared to sell ur 9-ext files after two years at 35 otherwise! |
