I have sold my 10M plot and taken the Biana amount. Now at the time of trasnadfer LDA informed that there is an extera land and need to pay for the extra land.
Kindly advise who has to pay this amount seller or buyer.

Extra land cost can be paid by buyer. Your deal is for 10 marla.
