You won't be able to find anything in that range of plots. Don't pay much attention to the Anti Prism brigade here. Check the market yourself and you'll know how hot Prism is in Lahore among buyers. |

Phase-9 golf course is on 358-Kanal whereas Phase-6 developed golf course is on 1690-Kanal. I am not sure which one will suit you as I am not expert in this sport. |

UK good idea to invest in prism. I after long analysis bought one recently as I feel prism is future of DHA recently. There are ppl who wants to distract you by making false assumptions ignore them. |

It's people hard earn money I never said prism is bad but the reality and facts remain the same that Possesion will take at least 15-20 years. He likes prism he said twice even if possession is in 4 years or 400 years. Plz stop selling phase 7 to anyone passing by in front of your house. Why don't you hold a banner in front of DHA office as all I see is prism transfer majority taking place. May be that way you can stop intense investors interest in prism. Ppl will not buy phase 7 by begging them smart investors will buy what they think will give them good gains and past one year you have been complaining of prism and ppl like Ahmet kildir made profits in many lacs on each plot. |

Hazrat Maulana Kriz® & Hazrat Maulana Jk have given Fatwa that Mr UK will die soon (in between 5 to 15 years as per their Fatwa) and his kids will play golf in prism when they will reach their adulthood. But both of them are sure they will remain alive at-least for next 2 years to take the possession of their plots in phase 7. Apna apna karobar karo yaro, kiun Khudai daawe karte ho. Afzal Bhai I don't know even I will be alive even tomorrow but it is our moral duty if someone ask question you speak the truth not because one has investment in prism or 7 you start marketing your phase. MR AFzal fatwa is given by those people who says prism Possesion will be in 5 years. I have investment in both prism and 7 so don't think that i am against prism but that does not change the reality and the reality is that yes our next generation will see fully developed prism. |

Prism phase 9 has performed very good since launch. I was in DHA office and all I see was prism transfers.
Investors are waiting for ring road to start. This will give another boost.
Mr UK very good idea. Go a head and I hope you get in this blocks as very hard to get.
Possession even late will not matter as your investment will be gaining healthy steadily inshallah. |

I love PRISM as even possession is late that's ok as rates are increasing steadily and all investors who are buying in good plots are getting healthy returns. Possession if you want buy in any phase 6 or 7.
PRISM AFTER RING ROAD WILL GET ANOTHER JUMP. let haters hate living like since last year they are crying sour grapes. We all know possession will be even late like phase 8 no possession has crossed 2 crore. |
