For transfer of Dha Multan file, do I Have To Be Physically Present In Multan?

For buying, you don't need to be physically present in Multan if you are overseas but for selling you have to be present there.
You can collect your intimation letter when you visit Pakistan next time but make sure to pay membership for ballot ready.
