Dear Fellows,
I have a budget of Rs.140 Lacs for ideally investing in a Kanal plot in DHA Scheme.
I am not sure about when or if at all I will be constructing a house hence I want to seek your valuable input as to the safe and liquid investment options.
I would welcome any and all suggestions.

Watch out for those vultures, who will literally force you to spend this whole amount in one transaction. Buy something in the range of 9-10 million in Phase 9 & keep 2 million aside as development charges. |
