Is it true Ring Road development postponed?
Few days ago I heard development work has already started. What is going on? Is this a game being played, one day yes and the other day no? What's going on? Are they making fun with those who want Ring Road construction?

@Ahmed Heard many times it started, FWO was awarded, BOT made and what not. Land aquastion is complete from Sui Gas 1 to Gajju Matta and work is already going on and will be evident soon. Heard so much.
And today all of a sudden people saying nothing is, and nothing was. |

Land acquisition and utility diversion are separately managed than actual contract of main works. There was progress on land acquisition(demolition) and utility diversions but main contract is not yet signed. Anyone can manipulate this information suiting one's goal. |

If I am not wrong, last date to submit tenders was 25 march, since then it's complete silence. I don't have any credible info that fwo won that tender |

Do not worry Bro, Central Park is a good investment even in case of LRR delay you can not go in losses as it is still under-priced.
Property matters are always long term and can go through many phases. As you mentioned earlier that you have invested in CP, so let me tell you, you did good in this hyper market situation. Just relax. |
