Some people objecting to CMY picture upload of A block that it is not of A block prism. I know they are not going to agree with any argument and keep insisting on nay saying but attached picture may help someone who want to know the truth. Screen captures of Google earth are telling more than picture. Also development is not just to block A, it is heading all over for 150 main road.

What is JHIS ? Is it referring to block "J" as well ?

I have investment in upper cutting of J block so keen to know about it.

No not J block but JSHIS is next to Askari Xi(B) and is explain as
JSHIS stands Junior Commissioned Officers (JCO) Soldier Housing Insurance scheme.

Prism would be exception of it could sustain through virtual reality.

Prism is the future will always be just future and future. People need to visit phase 6,7 and 8 and than they will realize that prism won't get the Possesion for at least 15 years but unfortunately if you talk on this platform with facts and logic people start using inappropriate language

Dont misguide people.

Its not just 'this' platform which promotes Prism. 90%+ DHA agents in Lahore strongly promote Prism. Also please visit the DHA office in phase 6. 75%+ buyers are also chasing Prism nomatter what else you try to sell them. Go to DHA office instead of trying to be provocative on an online forum.

People just cant absorb the fact that it is not mandatory that just because DHA screwed up on previous phases in terms of development pace that it will do it again with Prism. Competition is very high now compared to 10 years ago. People know that any further disappointments and they will switch to other master developers like Bahria or CDA sectors.

I purchased two Kanal files one for 21.5 lacs and other for 23 lacs and my money more than tripled. Prism have been very kind to me but that does not mean that I stay away from facts and logic. If I am going to build a house it will be inshallah in phase 7 not prism. Mr Hasan and Ahmet kisi ka tamzkra auranay se ya kisi ko degrade karney se aap apna point of view nahi biyan kar saktay. If you have facts please write here instead of humiliating others just because they have indifferent point of view and than Hassan jaisay loag aap ki pounch ban jatay hain.

Now this will be a surprise to you all but among the hundreds and hundreds of investors I gave met globally, I have never ever in my life come across an investor who goes on online forums and badmouths his own investments. Even if I am 100% convinced that Prism is a bad investment (hypothetically), I will be quiet and hope that God helps me with my bad investment. I would NEVER go online and say bad things about the project. Why would I? A friend here has posted more than 50 to 60 posts here (maybe more under other unauthorized IDs) who claims to have investments in Prism but us bound to prove to everyone that Prism is a dreadful investment. How's this for logic Mr Raza (or whatever your real name is). ;)

How ironic and bizarre it is that people use scornful comments and decrying remarks like "Mr 90%" and "pounch ban jatay hain" then they expect others will respect them.
Fact is that people can not see a picture even when it is explained in detail. Who care how much or little investment they have in Prism or whatever phase but what matters is they are blindfolded to facts.
This forum is part of the market not whole market, there are hundreds of dealers dealing with Prism and lines here can not twist their opinion.
