It will be great if you weekly right a paragraph about advice on doing investment in Lahore real estate. It can be divided like for people interested in residential vs. commercial and of different range like > 5 Million, > 20 million etc.

Thanks for good suggestion. Have done in past and made more enemies than friends for doing this way. After my advice When freinds here make money on my advice they only claim credit for own smartness and timing but when they start loosing money its CMY fault and they go after LRE big time that its only our fault. People also get free advice from LRE but never buy from us but still love to accuse us for own buying from other places :)
Afraid to do it this way any more. When I do that people in other projects feel very threatened that only my suggestion will get attention due to trust of dealers investors and visitors etc and angry people and competitor dealers immediately starts wrongly accusing me of moving the market to my own likening etc by using fake IDS.
So I now give buying selling advice on one by one bases via SMS calls WhatsApp Line and Viber. Much safer and peacful mind. Use to tolerate a lot of criticism but to be honest with age and health issues I have been angry some times on even right people some times in near past so avoiding getting into trouble. Also I cant just give good projects. Its against my nature to always say SAAB Acha hey. When some thing is bad I inform openly and made many developer unhappy too in past years. When you are a dealer you have to deal with these developers every day and things get real difficult for LRE team during transfers etc unnecessarily due to my comments about developers in past. Developers / other People here dont remember good things said about them for too long but they never forget bad things said about their holding or projects at any time in past.
Hope you understand my limitation now. I do post market direction posts about a project or entire market here and there but also most frequently in my LRE WhastApp private groups. Do join me there.
