CMY sb. mentioned N block 1 kanal Plot @ 60 Lacs. ( asking is 62-64 )

My question is that i have heard that in property its all about location. Where as N block @ 60 lacs are boundary plots.

If i go for this investment as per CMY sb. the plot will double in 5 years. ( i highly appreciate CMY recommendations )

My question is why hasn't N block boundary plots appreciated as compared to other plots in prism.

It shows lack of interest from investors and hard to sell plot which are on boundary.

NOTE: I am a big fan of CMY. I have not questioned his recommendations ever. but i am confused about this one.

Kindly all members guide me what am i missing ?

Location matters a lot but 1K plot is DHA Lahore around 60 lac is great deal. Hold your investment N block is close to oval complex and I believe has no negative but just boundary, this should not be an issue since DHA-9 extension is lying further on.

Further on is Hadiara, not 9-ext.

3 days ago, I had visited N block location near nala. Construction work are being in process (Boundary wall and nala to oval road).
Belice me, there all locations are awesome even near nala plots in M & N block. I have pictures in my cam. I am not a property expert but want to suggest you, bro, please Believe ALLAH PAK and hold your plot tight.
