Multan Dha has increased almost 20% in less then 6 months from November till today, still big news to come which is nearly there and few silly people are saying its stagnant. What else do you need in property investment by keeping yourself as on safe side aswell? You cant find secure investment like this. I am not agent not even live in Pakistan just trying to deliver my message to people who might could get benefit out of it. I bought file for 28 lakhs its almost 33 lakhs according to DHA Multan official website. Do not listen to these immature meaning less people just think what suits you. I am happy with my investment, I do remember when I invested in Prism I was looking the prices on this forum for almost daily and and it was same frustrating as it might be Multan now, But my patience paid me in Prism and InshAllah same I am expecting in Multan. Rest Allah Knows the bes

Only few 100 affidavit files left. Prices will go more high in few weeks. Wapda town is next to DHA Multan location where 1 Kanal plot price is 100+. Map will be good as no village exists in that area. Mostly land acquired by big landlords. No stay, no delay and less chances of bad location plots. Must pay 50000 membership fee to include file in August balloting. Although Installment plots price will be 55 but own price will be high. After ballot I don't see any plot less than 65 to 70 exclude development charges.

Be patience Kb20 sb. Be patience. In multan you need much much more patience. But keep it up with sprit. But kindly give some time to publicise your repeated post. Of praising Multan.

Surfer Sb I have lot of patience trust me I have been away from mother land almost from 20 years and I am 39 I have spent more life in abroad then my mother land. Which might could prove you how patient I will be but I can't tolerate nonsense when people think they are smart but may other people take other way around hope you understand. I didn't mentioned your name in my previous post just said few silly people and hope you are not one of them. You need time to understand my logic behind this message. Have a nice sleep Shabakhair

KB bhai "In sha ALLAH" I pray for you to come back as soon as possible to you motherland PAKISTAN. I also pray not only you get good gains in Multan but as well as you get all good plots against your files.
"In sha ALLAH" soon you got good news regarding Multan. But my suggestion for you is sell your file on peak rate and come back in PRISM. As soon as possible.

Guys,
Yesterday i got a reply from DHA admin on there official Facebook page and they stated that within a month time they will update their status on launching,
Actually no doubt Prism is a good investment as it is balloted, but dont forget it was started back in 2003, while Multan has just taken its start 2 years back,
Just wait till the launch and then you may start a discussion in either way, if a project not even launched we cant say that it is a failed project,

If u Go on ground realities of DHA Multan you can see that development is going on and as Mr. CMY has mentioned before that it is correction proof investment and jas a great potential to increase, so what else is required to an investor more than this.
