Good news for owners of installment plots. The DHA letter confirms that owners can start house construction on these plots while paying installments over the year. This means you don't have to make the full payment before you start house building. This will increase the attractiveness of these plots to builders by increasing their ROI on these plots in comparison to regular plots available in the market on full payment. Also, very good for people building their own home as they can start construction sooner than expected!

I think option will be valid for original plot holder not for 2nd buyer. It should be clarified with DHA. |

DHA has already clarified that these plots can be transferred and the remaining dues will be cleared by the new owners and construction will be permitted. Also, the transfer letter mentions that the possession for these plots has been granted on 17 March 2016. |
