With the start of Southern loop of ring road what are the prospects of Sir, Audit and Accounts Phase 2.

Society is very weak, poor management, Also the main gate is facing a drain. Marla size is small too (1 kanal = 16 Marla), only gate it would get is that LRR would be passing through it.

The prices of Audit & Accounts Phase 2 will start increasing rapidly the moment Frontier Works Organization ( FWO ) will start its work on Lahore Ring Road Southern Loop.

Danish Sb, its the right time to invest in this Society, the issues relating to poor management or delay in development won't matter as the prices are expected to be doubled there in a years time, The existence of Ring Road will altogether change the outlook of the Society.
