Bahria Orchard is the best as developed and near to possession project.After possession and LRR starting ,prices increase is certainly confirmed.Decide as quick as you can do,delay is not good as market of Orchard is going upward day by day.

If Orchard is near Raiwind than Prism is near Hadaira Drain :-) so I shall choose Orchard over Prism.

Bhai Sb, , after defence road widening , kahna flyover , alternate Raiwind road and Lahore ring road the Raiwind road socieites are no longer out skirts.
