I do not understand why people compare phase-7 with phase -9.Phase-7 is a developed phase which will will be fully developed in 3 years time and it is in near vicinity of Phase-6, Golf club Roya, and knowledge park.whereas phase-9 will take time to be fully developed. As regard to the construction of ring road concerned, it is not going to make much difference as phase-7 also enjoys excess from different directions. In fact it is the game of investors who purchased 1 kanal plot of phase-9 at 49 lack in year 2004 and now they want to earn maximum profit. There are number of dealers in market who purchase 100 files of phase-9 and now they want to make maximum profit.
