AOA Fellow property investors,
I still haven't received the development charges letter from DHA for my J Block 5 marla plot. Is there anyone else who is still waiting on it too?
Secondly, I recently purchased a kanal plot in Prism, how do I get the development charges schedule for it? I'm not in Pakistan.

Even I have not received any letter for my 5 M plots in J/K/R blocks.

I have got for J Block last date was 30th April. For R Block last date is 31st May |

Most of J Block Letters were sent 2 months ago and I paid already, Last date was April 31 I got 2 months Time so guess I Got in January or early Feb, it is advisable to ask DHA office as many letters has been lost |

You will get the letter soon, don't worry.
My father got the letter yesterday and due date is 31st of May. So he got around 1 month time to pay the first installment. |

I received the letter for J block on 25 Apr with 1st instalment due date of 31May |
