Thanks God there is someone talking about Public Health Engineering Society, I have one 10Marla plot but dealers say all 10marla plots are 9 marla and moreover most of 10/9marla plots land is plugged or detained with LDA.This society is like a knife in the heart of LDA AV1.Please confirm the status of this land , can we do construction of our own house on our plots.

According to my Info. These problems were long solved with LDA. Moreover this littigation problem was only in C block. I have also one Plot in this Society. Your comment pls.

Last week we chk with LDA office as per them C block is under mortgagge with LDA. I believe LITTIGATION is some thing like land not acqired properly from the owner ETC. Local agents are offerring 25/30lacs for 10/9 marla plots.I bought this plot since the biggenning in 1986/87 since then no dev in this block.

Any other member of this society should come forward to pressurize the administration of society to do some development and get benefit of it.

Amin sb I don't understand, when u write mortgage. Mortgage mean rehan n rehan is always against Credit. LDA is not a Bank, so how mortgage. Pls advice. Thanx

Iftikhar Sb. I chk with a property dealer mob, as per him LDA has started giving possession. This was my point that even C-BLOCK under mortgage with LDA , owner should get possession and utillize his plot.This a good news.

Public health society has litigation issues in some area of block A and in block C. No construction is going on. Zero Construction in progress. Block B is clear.
