I went inside DHA rhabar for the first time. With DHA name tag on it, I was shocked to find 30 feet streets in all 10 marla blocks there. Anyone buying to build his 10 marla house should consider this factor, which would result in a lot of congestion in these blocks in coming 5-10 years. Road infrastructure of IEP was better than Rahbar that was very disheartening for me.

Yes you are right, but there are 40ft roads in 1k plot blocks. Most of people buy in rahbar for investment only. It will take some time for these plot to end up in enduser`s hands. EME is older than rahbar, only problem with it is the fact that a road patch is missing that was supposed to connect it with khayaban e jinnah/johar town via valencia, otherwise it is still affordable and will enjoy all the benefits of defence road widening and LRR. |

Fazaia 1 is best, right at LRR interchange.All 45 ft roads. IEP has smaller plots 18 Marla and 9 Marla sold at price of Kanal and 10 Marla. Do check as many plots are mortgaged in IEP |
