Dear property experts I want to buy 10 Marla plot in Shaddab colony near Pak Arab society ferozpur Road. Kindly tell me your opinion about this Society.

As dealers told there is chances of price rise in shahdab colony due to Ring road Construction. Kindly Cmy sb. , Jameel sb & Surfer sb. Kindly tell me is it worth to buy or not regarding its Security level. |

Yasir sb. I have visited this colony few weeks back but i very surprised & feel very sorry to see their issues as follows:
1. Basic need Water is not present in this Colony people are using boring water.
2. All roads are broken.
3. There is no gated community. One broken gate is on entry.
4. There is an Industrial area located all around this society & people who are using boring water even for there sanitation needs are harmfull for them & for their kids.
5. There is no Ring road near to this scheme although there is a very small bazar located between ferozpur road & Shahdab Colony.
6. There no market situated for grocery needs of residents & residents go outside to fullfill there grocery needs.
7. No boundrywall for colony
8. No maintence of parks it looks like worst nightmare.
Yasir bhai It is much better that you go for another good atleast gated community like pak Arab or Central park if your budget is less. |

@ Yasir sb. Kindly avoid to make house in Shahdab Colony as there are so many issues which already discussed by Irfan sb. No need to write down again. I must say society has to improves a lot. Mean while other societies like Central park & Pak Arab will groom more. |
