Suigas Phase 2 status,

Can anyone give brief status of Suigas Phase 2. I donot have much info about this society and some one suggested it to me for investment.

- How much 1 kanal cost here.
- Which blocks are good bad and average.
- By when possession expected here.
- Any frauds or risks for Suigas scheme (owned by suigas organization?)

If I have 45-50 lac that I want to invest for 3 years then can it be a choice or should i look for something else? Please advise.
