Dear sajid 789, It is better to avoid such unknown a b c soceities,unknown developers,unknown track record,who can claim of appreciation in prices and possession in this uncertain condition.In 2011,the same story and dreams were displayed by Eden garden fraud,and everyone was eager to buy a plot in eden trap garden.Now everyone is crying and lamenting over his decison of buying.I suggest you to pick up a good brand as Dha and Bahria town etc.If you have small budget,buy registry holding land in local area ,it is better than that of being trapped by dealers and greedy developers.Rest you know better. |
