We have already discussed this issue alot on this and other forums too.
If LRR passes from inside bahria then there is huge number of effectees whom houses and plots will be directly effected. And majority of them will be GVR plot holders.
If LRR passes from somewhere near bahria then it will be a big advantage because there will be new approach for people with less traffic and those people who were not willing to invest or move to bahria and use to consider it too far will have a new way to reach in very less time than it use to take before.
