Experts' (CMY, UPN, FAA AWAN, HASSAN HC, KURESHI......) Advice Needed,

AOA,
I need advice from the property experts of the forum.
I have Two 8 Marla plots in Bahria orchard. Both are corner plots. One is in J block i.e occupying the most prime location at the brink of Roundabout and the other is in Phase 3 located at the initial cuttings of he phase near the commercial; but it is on installments and I have paid one installment up till now.
Should I sell one of these plots (please suggest which one) and may add extra amount to bring liquidity to 60-65 Lacs. Where should I invest then?

1- Two files in DHA Multan
2- Two 5 marla plots in J block Prism.
3- 1 Kanal in Sui Gas Phase 2

Or there is some other advice by the forum Experts.

DHA Multan is best option with maximum gain expected.

CMY has already recommended DHA Multan multiple times.

I believe you should keep both plots with you, as Bahria Orchard will keep you very good return.

If you want to sale 1 plot even then, buy 2 plots in J block upper cutting. Both are good located plots, if you have to sale one you may sale Phase 3.

Do NOT sell anything in Orchard until the LRR work begins and Bahria office shifts to Orchard.

Orchard is in full swing. After it touches 60 , you can sell and invest in DHA Multan or Prism.

Orchard 3 is the gateway to future Bahria projects , don't take it easy.

Dear Raza, why are you in a hurry? ;please do n't be quick in your decisions.Your J block plot is a location plot near round about,and has more potential in near future as I used to say 8m can touch 70 to 80 lac in this year.I suggest you to hold these plots for 6 to 8 months more.If you have extra budget buy 5m off ground plots in C and D block as they have big potential,there are strong chances to be developed soon .
