Somehow I came to know that DHA Admin does read posts on this forum I request Brig Mr. Babar to please act in handing over the possession of above said phase, cuz enough is enough it been 13 years now since this phase was launched, Sir look at DHA progress who balloted Phase 9 after only 11 years then why people or investors should not appropriate Mr. Riaz Malik who is your competitor in the market.

Please forget phase 8, as phase 7 possession is still not complete. I am waiting for possession in phase 7 X block for last 10 years.

...what about the gain from 55 lac to 200 lac in 3 years. Phase 8 has yielded very well in terms of capital gain and it's still not stopping. |

bhai jan phase 1 -6 are available u can go and make house there why wait so long for possession no builder in pakistan will give u any date of completion or possession these phases are for investment or for all those who require houses after 10 years or 20 years and also see the gain in prices as already told |
