Please confirm what is the price of 10M and 1Kanal of sector-f plots in Tariq bin Ziyad and Aziz Bhatti blocks?

Please also evaluate 516-J (near park), Bahria Orchard.

Plot’s actual Current Marketable Price Range (CMPR) for Direct Clients/ End User is:
52 to 53 Lakhs

Regular investors may offer around:
50 to 51 Lakh with 4 to 6 Weeks Time

We can try to sell through these two options.

We will be able to guide you much better about Tariq Bin Zayad and Aziz Bhatti Blocks after their maps are shared. Current market rates of 10 marla are around 50 to 55 and 1 kanal are around 74 to 80 lakhs.

When is it`s map expected to be released? Also on google map there is some land seen to be devloped between canal bank and multan road oppsite to sector F side, is this place going to be included in sector F?

No official statement by Bahria Town regarding new map. There is work in progress on Sikandar Block 150 ft road which is connecting Bahria Town with Multan Road Through NFC Phase 2.
