I have an 8 marla plot in Bahria Orchard - C on main boulevard from 1-17 C. My plot is offground. Should I wait for bahria main office shifting here & possession or sell it out? Please advise.

Dear Lahoree,Your plot is a location plot,a diamond in Orchard.I suggest you, please hold it for 6 months more.Your plot can cross 70 lac easily.Bahria will develop it as it is the face of Orchard.Bahria has purchased this land and trying to buy more near it,this the reason.Here a little bit patience is necessary.Good luck.
