Property Business,

Hi All,

After doing MBA from abroad, and trying to expand my family business in an honest and legal manner. I must admit that I failed miserably.

So now I want to enter in property field as a dealer/investor, havn't seen such a hefty returns in any other business or any other legal way.

I feel I wasted my time and money in MBA from abroad and in family business. While people here without any formal education and investment are earning a lot more than me. I am not jealous but I also want to be like them.

Wish me best of luck :flg

Best of Luck! But before starting independently, better to spend sometime with any of the experienced dealer.

Patience is the key to success in all walks of life but it is specially demanded in real estate investment.

Greed is the key to disaster. Always hold a significant portion of investment in cash and have holding power for the investments made.

Wish you good luck with investing in real estate.

Can be good idea and you never know which is the house where success lives until you knock at the door.

Your business proposition is not good, others are making profit and you should. Do it as a purposeful business and try to find the market gap in reality business with a purpose to improve it.
May God help you.

Education is not to earn high. It gives peace of mind and teaches right & wrong. Education can keep you high in many aspect but may not be in earning. There must be people earning very well in a business you are lacking . Though real estate is a good business but not for every one. Earning most is based on luck too.

It is all in hands of Allah swt to who he likes gives. If it was with wisdom Face or colour, fool not good looking and illiterate would have died.

Focus on satisfaction and not on amount. Do what you like and beg upon too.. good luck

@ Nabeel My friend ZB really takes my words.
Best of luck. I am also new to this forum few months back like you but this forum taught me a lot. Due to absence of one of my friend when i need him on time decission, although he apologise me. not to be there due to some techinical issues I Continue taking active part in discussion as well looking into maps of Schemes that are discussed on this forum. As well as yes i will advice you to spend some handsome time with an experienced delear. That will give you much knowledge. But I dont did that due to my health issues as well as dont want to be a dealer nor i will ever. This forum and my mentor CMY above all ALLAH gives me courage to understand things. Always try to be Sincere & truthfull with yourself & with your friends. "IN shaa ALLAH" You will be successfull

Nabeel sb,

Beauty of property business is that you can do it alongside your job.

So I suggest that you make us of your MBA for a job , learn business , make contacts. Go to office like a babu and flourish on corporate side. Make your parents proud.

In parallel make some investments slowly and learn property business.

May Allah bless you with success on both sides.

Thanks everyone !

Like most of us, my purpose of doing business is to earn money as well. I did my MBA to improve my competence and use my university knowledge in family business to expand it and hence earn more profits. I am not saying that business is not profitable, I am just sharing my personal point of view that property business has out grown my business by many times in last 5 years or so.

Agar Allah apne sab bandon(servants) ko khula rizq de deta to woh zameen mein sarkashi ka toofaan barpa kar detey, Magar woh ek hisaab se jitna chahta hai naazil karta hai, yaqeenan woh apne bandon se ba khabar hai aur un par nigaah rakhta hai

Choose 1 out of 2; educated or rich?

You always learn a valuable experience whatever you do. MBA must have taught you something. There are millionaires who do not hold a degree and they regret it and appreciate the people with a degree. Do not have any regrets in life just leatn from them and move on.

same scenario here bro, i wanted to be a businessman , investor from early adulthood but parents put me in specialist field in engineering , after so many mysteries during studies i graduated finally with no more energy left for further handwork in that field and as per scenarios in pk unable to find a deserving job , meanwhile all assets of father were in property but in wrong hands both wrong advisor's and relative partner's ,so naturally in free time i used to surf property sites in pk , but alas as i was grooming nothing much left in hands wrong advisor's and partner's doomed us . few bucks left and i decided to take things in my hand but same mistrust they showed and got further losses .since 2013 i was taking thing's in my hand and gained in everything i touched though lil but now and thn with info of lre and other site blog's a part to play in success story too , but life liabilities now left me with nothing as lil investment that was left used on major life events , investor around me in family few that doomed us now millionaire's because i put there investment in right places after 2013. now i am doing a job for which i am over qualified and a snr to me in that factory is F.A only , so life suck i guess if u miss chance's . earning from money is bit easy thn first making some to invest . so life is like this in PK

Syed your story though sad is inspiring and I feel one is never too late. One advise which I can give you is property if bought right inshallah will always give good returns with patience. Don't feel dishearted just try to invest small amount but in safe projects and become a small dealer to help your family members and charge commission or some profit for your wise advises to them. Also never be greedy

Never do any business in partnership unless you meet an angel.

I agree in Pakistan with salary can't do much need some money and then Allah's blessings to make some more but till that time help others and try to get commissions.

Nabeel. Pls do start property business but....
1- First work with some senior real estate agent as normal worker for him for about 6 months.
2. Then open your own office BUT YOU SHOULD HAVE ATLEAST 3 CRORES in
cash to avail any opportunity which comes in ur way. Patience is key.
Best of Luck.
