well my offer is same 2 lac but it does not mean i misguide u or bring fear as i was doing lil homework on societies near khyban amin for investment point of view few month back . i was surprised that this society from decades remained undeveloped only changed its name . but surprisingly as ring road on card and maybe this society coming under it they started constructing roads , now i do not know whether management developing or still pending but mr.progress i think u sold without homework because at that time rate moved bit and was about 2 lac per marla if construction going on i definitely touched 3 lac per marla or more if it's coming under ring road than your sold price is right . however i am looking for on ground plot in 2 million , if u guys help do tell , ALLAH HAFIZ |
