I am not misguiding, ring road will reach golf view gate in around 1 year if things go as planned, golf view will be the first society to be affected once the remaining portion is completed.PHIR AAJ ka 5lakh/marla, kal ka 60000/marla as it is agriculture land, so better safe than sorry. Yes you can try to buy in area not under ring road but only once the development starts, then even if you buy 10 marla for 75lacs, it would be a good deal. I am saying all of that because I am stuck in sector F and dha valley, and the lesson learnt is to go for onground plot for investment in bahria as they are the biggest liars around. |
