If phase 6 5 marla willbe aroud 15 million after 5 years then how multan DHA one kanal plot will be 8-10 million as current market value of one kanal in multan wapda town is +10 million which is at same location and it is wapda town not DHA no question about it lahore property values are higher than multan but it seems very illogical that lahore dha 5 marla is better than multan dha one kanal

I am not expert in property but DHA multan will cross 10MM in 5 years time and will have more value, mark my words. WAS is having very logical question, 1 kanal cannot be compared with 5 marla. and it is not possible that 5 marla in lahor is having more value than DHA multan 1 kanal.

On a serious note:
How are you comparing prism 5 M (30+9 dc=39) with multan 1 k (33+19 dc=52) ?...watch ur calculations!

People are not ready to believe when dha promises OFFICIALLY to deliver prism in 3 years...they say that prism will be delivered after a decade but at the same time, how the same people can believe that its multan chapter will be able to deliver in 3 years from today according to its VERBAL promise(even when balloting is not done yet)?

I am not saying that DHA multan will not cross 10-12 million in 5 years(after investment of 5.2 million)....
My point is investing in property of Lahore is highly likely to make more profits, due to rapid infrastructure development, rapid mass transit systems, desire of most of overseas to settle in DHA Lahore, inclination of investors....

@WAS & Sharjah....y don't you apply ur same logic on DHA bahawalpur and go for it?(how can 1 kanal DHA bahawalpur have less value than 5 marla DHA Lahore?)

@Ekrar, agree with you Lahore is more better in terms of infrastructure but you cannot compare Multan with Bahawalpure. it is not possible that dha Lahore 5 marla will be equal to Multan 1 kanal, Even DHA phase 5 and 6 is still not competing the 1 kanal of Wapda town multan. in long term DHA multan will give much much higher returns as compared to prism 5 marla. and assume it will be developed in the same time frame.

As for as the development time is concerned, DHA will surely take more than 5 years to develop any phase, even DHA multan will take more than 3 years. look at the history of DHA phased, not even a single phase is there that was handed over before 5 years.

Please compare DHA Multan 1 Kanal with 2.5 marla of DHA Lahore ... You may find interesting results.

5 marla is way up, and should not be compared being honest.

BTW, phase 6 5M vs Wapda Town Multan 1K :at the moment, you can find both in 8-9 million !!!

Do you think Wapda town Multan 1 K now will increase at the same pace as phase 6 5M ???

Ekrar Sb, u must heard the term product life cycle. If not let me tell u. Every product has different life phases, from its launch to maturity, don't u think this ll apply to Dha Lhr 5 marla plot. It ll my brother. And file marla in prism is not going to touch 20 million ever after 10 years. Coz its only 5 marla🤔 .
