M7 - C/D 5 marla old booking is still available in market. Who will go for new booking with 5 lacs more. Surfer can you answer.

@ Tk Bhai there is a lot of discussion on this respected forum related to your query.
I myself answered many times why PRISM & why not phase 7? Although many people don't like my answers for this I have even listned bad wordings also but reality can't be changed.
But this time I want to copy , paste the statement on Mentor CMY Sb. I think after that you dont need any answer.
Plz read it carefully it would be "A MILE STONE" in comming years "In shaa ALLAH".

On a serious note you still have a very good chance to sell your wortst located DHA7 plot to buy best or decent location plot in DHA 9 Prism and you still have chance for expecting exceptional gains for doing so if switched asap. Will be too late if still ignored the ground reality. If no plans to build a house in DHA7 dump it fast to move to true future of DHA call Prism DHA 9. Its going to gateway to entire current dha with access from 4 to 5 interchanges of Lahore Ring Road Insha Allah it will start getting possession in 3 Years or less block by block starting with A B C D . When possession it will be priced equally with Dha8 high than Dha6 todays prices and very far ahead than DHA7.

Those who paid attention in past one year are enjoying huge gains. Those ignored are still scared them self and trying to keep scaring others like on past.
Lahore Ring Road 24 km to be built in 1 year. Imagine how big boost it will be to Prism. Imagine is 24 km highway can be built in 1 year why can't Prism be ready in 3 Years.

Surfer Bhai after reading your response I come to a very solid conclusion that you don't know what you are talking about. I asked you a simple question Prism or Phase 7 and answer me with logic and facts and you failed to give me even one. CMY could be your mentor or whatever but if tomorrow my investment fail will CMY will pay for my loss? which is why I asked to please explain me why one is better than other with some solid logic and facts but after reading your response I must say that you proved that your upper portion is all empty.

TK he told you following points

PRISM will be gateway to other phases as will be getting access from LAHORE RING ROAD also FEROZPUR ROAD.

Other then that new phase more parks central location. Phase 7 is good too but now in maturity phase. Prism is in growth phase and generally investors recommend it for better location on ring road and lots of parks and big roads.

TX see you make some sense at least you have some points. All surfer was saying my mentor CMY told me to jump and therefore you should jump too. Bhai Allah ney Khud bi damaq diya hai CMY Kal ku ki louga ka loss pora karay ga. Bhai tell me something u said that phase 7 is close to maturity are you trying to say that phase 7 prices are not going to increase anymore and prism will? Second you said prism will have parks and wide roads . Phase 7 won't have parks and wide roads? And lastly I understand that prism will have access to the ring road but if I want to live close to phase 8 and cantt don't you think phase 7 is closer to both places or prism will be closer ? TX really appreciate if you can respond back

Thank you Prism TX. I am not an investor. I want to build a house close to cantt bec this where most of my family is ..I visited phase 7 from US and I must say I was impressed that it is hardly 14 mins from airport and 20 mins from cantt. Thank you again.

Expencive Plot Purchased in Prism
Dear ALL,
I came in Pakistan for 15 days. I purchased an expencive plot in DHA Prism for 128 lacs inclusive
transfer and commission.
Plot is excellent on 150ft road and upper block. I found out that I purchased it a bit expencive.
What do you expect the price after 18 months (thats next October-2017 when i visit pakistan). i paid 5 installment yesterday amounting 8.10 lakhs approx till October 2017 (I dont want to have any Load)
Total amount paid=136 lacs
Expected Price next year October=????

It is very easy to pass comment & it is very difficult to be in your shoes & than Answer. Lets make a positive statement you have bought expensive plot no doubt but you have paid for what? You have select the creme of PRISM but your timming is bit late. That what i always said property is the game of TIME (buying as well as selling) LOCATION, & MONEY,Once you have mixture of all 3 elements you gain a lot but with patient.As you have made a late decission that why you have paid more if you make this decission 3 months back you can find plot like yours may be in 95 or 1 crore. But a plot like yours is not possible to buy again because excellecnt plots are now hold for long period of time and Vanished from market for longer period of time.
My advice for you is hold it for atleast 3 years for good gains, and 5 years for Excellent gains. "In sha Allah"

Kamran Sahib agar aap meray Betay hottay tu aap ki ais harkat Kay baad Mai aap ku bay dhakhal kar daita. Who will spend this much in Prism when everything is on paper and you won't even get possession for at least 12 years. Now har Banda jhouti tasalli day raha hai aap ko that you will be in 2 year or you will be fine in 5 years. Kamran sahib truth is you won't be fine till long time. Even now u can recover your money and can move to phase 8 or good location 7 please do that. Prism sirf aike khowab hai and your next generation will see it coming true not in our life time. People need to speak the truth in this platform.

There is going to big price correction in Prism. This is just a hype by people. You will not see possession of prism plots at least in next 10 years. People is phase 8 is still waiting for possession. Please stay away from prism bec it is at peak and it will have many up and downs. In three year you will get the same 1 kanal plot cleared with all dues than what you are getting it for now. You mark my word. Experience matters..

Yes looks like prices will be more as more well connected. Local Lahoris consider prism location better. Near to Ferozpur road is a big plus and ring road direct interchanges etc etc. But since you have made mind so buy in phase7 inshallah it will be ok. Relax

@ Wajahat bhai I have read all the views most of the people here are with discouraging behaviour passes comments regarding your post. It is very easy to pass comment & it is very difficult to be in your shoes & than Answer. Lets make a positive statement you have bought expensive plot no doubt but you have paid for what? You have select the creme of PRISM but your timming is bit late. That what i always said property is the game of TIME (buying as well as selling) LOCATION, & MONEY,Once you have mixture of all 3 elements you gain a lot but with patient.As you have made a late decission that why you have paid more if you make this decission 3 months back you can find plot like yours may be in 95 or 1 crore. But a plot like yours is not possible to buy again because excellecnt plots are now hold for long period of time and Vanished from market for longer period of time.
My advice for you is hold it for atleast 3 years for good gains, and 5 years for Excellent gains. "In sha Allah"

Kamran Sahib agar aap meray Betay hottay tu aap ki ais harkat Kay baad Mai aap ku bay dhakhal kar daita. Who will spend this much in Prism when everything is on paper and you won't even get possession for at least 12 years. Now har Banda jhouti tasalli day raha hai aap ko that you will be in 2 year or you will be fine in 5 years. Kamran sahib truth is you won't be fine till long time. Even now u can recover your money and can move to phase 8 or good location 7 please do that. Prism sirf aike khowab hai and your next generation will see it coming true not in our life time. People need to speak the truth in this platform.

There is going to big price correction in Prism. This is just a hype by people. You will not see possession of prism plots at least in next 10 years. People is phase 8 is still waiting for possession. Please stay away from prism bec it is at peak and it will have many up and downs. In three year you will get the same 1 kanal plot cleared with all dues than what you are getting it for now. You mark my word. Experience matters..

What Negatives you have in your mind regarding PRISM : So that why now on wards I restrict my opinion to those who really deserve it to be.

1.WHY your Beloved phase 7 will be Corned? Although it is balloted before Phase 8?
2.Why you Compare it with Prism always Why not Phase 8?

CMY IS my Mentor, my inspiration, my teacher. I always try to follow him & always will be. You questioned CMY on a serious note. Now i define you CMY is a person who is giving sincere property advices without any personal gains. He is the one who guides not only me but to this respected forum by giving his day & night to this forum even without looking into his health issues.
Yes I am one of his student & a student always ask for help to his teacher in trouble.

TK I am sorry but I think you have some kind of Insecurity related to Prism. Its better now to to expose what fear you have in your mind and answer these questions.
Mr. Surfer & CMY has proven their points on PRISM its your turn to explore what do you have in your mind & why you questioned Mr. Surfer on such a serious note:
