Salam,
I am oversease Pakistani and have DHA Lahore Plot owned in my name which I want to transfer to my real brother so even if I'm abroad, if I need to sell, he can sell without me over there in Pakistan during selling process.
Would this process be complicated without involvment of property dealer on our own or if this is done by property dealer, how much charges (other than transfer fee, cvt, etc.) I can expect or would be charged by dealer / agent to complete this process. I don't want to pay any 1% + 1% fee (of current value) to dealer for sale / purchase between us brothers as dealer is not searching for a buyer or seller for me.

he will guide u . As its a blood relation so hiba would
be done saving u more on transfer fee more ova no dealer
is required for this process jus make sure ur brother
gives u money as it happens tht ppl dont giv money
afterr selling get a cheque of avg value of plot before handed

DHA fee and Transfer charges would be much more even in case of Hiba than your airline ticket at the time of sale. Better you come for a week when you like to sell after deal is done for transfer process. |
