Sir got a 10 marla plot in dha 9 k block near factory and hence location is bad. Say its around 50 lack. Should i sale it and buy 1 kanal plot here by pouring 30 lack more or should i keep it and wait for dha to buy the factory 😀 and for now invest 30 lack in multan dha? By adding few more lacks in it. Which pattern should i follow.? I cry out loud to ahmet bhai jameel bhai cmy sb lre and all other credible real estate enthusiasts!!! Please guide.

bhai hold ur plot atleast jab tak ring road loop 1 complete na ho jai prism me kisi jagha bhi koi plot ho ga to u will see InshAllah 1 Million Add karey ga Market me is time No.1 Investment Prism he No.2 DHA XI RAHBAR he aur Third Investment is Suigas Phase 2 while DHA Multan is also very Good but Lahore Kay investor kam hi chances he Multan Jain Rest Allah knows Best hopefully LRE team and CMY could Ansered u better I just tried my level best to convey my own Opinion. |

Usman Bhai please sell your Prism 10 marla and perhaps invest in Phase 6, 8 or 7 10 marla. |

I think u should hold ur plot till the completion of LRR. and for your remaining amount which u want to invest, DHA multan is also a very good investment but for DHA multan you should keep in mind that its a long term investment. Second option is to invest your 3 million in upper cutting of J block Prism. Buy good location 5 marla. J block prism will give you good returns in short term. |
