I am also following this site since I purchased a 5 marla prism file. I had purchased in 18 lac just over 2 years back.
If you check all the posts by Ekrar, you will see he was always saying Phase 9 is about to crash and everyone in Phase 9 will loose money, but I never ever seen downward trend and now my plot in J block is touching 35, so I have doubled my amount in less than 3 years.
At one stage, I was disappointed reading Ekrar's post and was thinking to sell my file, but thanks to almighty ALLAH, I did not sell it. After reading his continuous negative and against the facts posts, I found Ekrar a bad analyst.
He should stop posting here as several persons must have lost money because of his bad analysis.
Yes, everyone has his opinion, but if your opinion is continuously causing lose to general public, then you should keep your opinion to yourself. My sincere advice to Ekrar will be to stop analyzing property as your analysis skills are very poor. |
