Bro, Please get this evaluated by other dealers as well. LRE provide assessment of the plot based on usual market conditions. when you will offer for sale, you gonna get definitely high.

Try to contact Mr Fawad as well of LRE.

Hassan bhai i would be doing that because here assessment is not correct i believe but it was matter of evaluation through most trusted estate though

30 lacs with 1st installment paid in j upper cutting non boundary plot !! Strange evaluation when file is trading at 29.5 lacs. Would be more then happy to buy on this price.

Its around 37 lac minimum according to two dealers in T block phase 2 but i wanted a say on my plot from LRE too:-(
