I have some question regarding on ground and off ground plots issue in Bahria Town. I hope UPN team can answer it better.
When buying how one could know if it is on ground and off ground plot, whereas on the map all plots numbers are mentioned.?
Many plots in orchards is also have issue of off ground and on ground.
Second, in sector F ( Bahria canal side)all plots in Alamgir & Sheikh sadi block are on ground or not.?
Also Where is Aziz bhatti & Tariq bin ziyad sectors. Is land exist for these blocks.

off ground which dont exist physically but only on map. on ground which yu actually can go and see or under construction |

alamgir block development has just started so picture is little bit better but not clear whether they have all land in hand to develop or not. sheikh saadi is off ground while azzizz bhatti and tariq bin zayad are only names with neither any location nor any map. they balloted the remaining files under these two new blocks. its actually little bit safer to go for alamgir block out of all these options if yu are mulling to buy there |
